What image format do I get?

The tool exports PNG images. Each PDF page becomes one PNG file inside the downloaded ZIP archive.

Which DPI should I choose?

200 DPI is the default balance of quality and file size. Use 100 or 150 DPI for smaller files, or 300 DPI for sharper output.

Can I upload a ZIP file?

Yes. ZIP files can contain one or more PDFs. Other file types in the ZIP are ignored.

Can password-protected PDFs be converted?

No. Password-protected PDFs must be unlocked before conversion.

What processing limits apply?

A request can include up to 20 uploaded files, 100 MB per upload, 300 MB total upload data, and 500 PDF pages. ZIP safeguards also limit entry count, extracted PDFs, and expanded size. The API returns a specific error when a request crosses a limit.

How are output files named?

Images reuse the source PDF name and add the page number, such as invoice-001.png. If two outputs would have the same name, a short random string is added. Non-English names, including Chinese filenames, are preserved.
