Why Use Our PDF Merger?
- •No account required - Combine files without creating a PDFMK document library
- •Explicit order - Move files up or down before creating the combined document
- •Temporary processing - Files are uploaded over HTTPS, processed in temporary storage, and removed by cleanup
- •Focused output - The result is one PDF with sources appended in the displayed order
- •Page content retained - Existing pages are appended rather than rendered as images; verify complex PDF features
- •Detailed guidance - Review page size, bookmarks, forms, and signatures in our merge guide
Frequently Asked Questions
Do I need an account?
No. The merger currently works without registration. It does not save a document history, so retain the source and downloaded result yourself.
Is there a file size limit?
Practical limits depend on file count, page complexity, encryption, network conditions, and available server resources. Try smaller groups to isolate a file if a large merge fails.
Will my files be stored?
Inputs are written to temporary PDF files for the merge operation and deleted in the cleanup path. PDFMK does not provide permanent result links or an account-based document library. Read the full file flow.
Can I merge password-protected PDFs?
Currently, password-protected PDFs need to be unlocked first before merging.
