Cookie Policy

This policy explains the browser storage and similar technologies that may be used when you visit PDFMK.

Last updated: July 18, 2026

What cookies are

Cookies are small text records that a website or service provider can store in a browser. Similar technologies include local storage, pixels, and identifiers used to recognize a browser or measure a page request. They do not give a website direct access to files on your device.

Categories used on PDFMK

  • Necessary and security: hosting and security providers may use identifiers to deliver pages, mitigate abuse, and keep the service available.
  • Analytics: Microsoft Clarity may use first-party and third-party cookies or pseudonymous identifiers to connect page views, produce aggregated usage insights, and support session recordings.
  • Advertising: Google AdSense may use cookies or similar identifiers to serve, limit, personalize, and measure advertising, subject to your region and consent choices.
  • Preference storage: a consent mechanism may remember the choices you make so the site does not ask on every page.

PDFMK does not place advertising identifiers inside the PDF files you upload or the documents you download.

Your choices

Where required, a consent message lets you accept, reject, or manage non-essential purposes. You can also remove stored site data through browser settings. Blocking all storage may limit Clarity session features or affect saved consent preferences, but the PDF tools do not require a PDFMK account.

Google provides additional advertising controls at My Ad Center. See our Privacy Policy for the broader data-processing disclosure.
